ECTN申請について
ECTN査証申請の流れ
お客様をECTN SYSTEMに登録する必要があるので会社名、住所、担当者名、電話番号、FAX番号とE-MAILの提供をお願い致します。ECTN番号をまず取得する必要がありますのでDRAFT BL送付かSHIPPER, CONSIGNEE, VESSEL NAME, VOYAGE No.をご連絡下さい。入金確認後にECTNを許可します。許可後にREGISTRATION No. 記載の書類をPDFで送付しますので現地サイドにメール等で送付お願い致します。
必要書類:
- Copy of BL with ECTN Numer
– Shipper: 名/住所/電話番号/FAX番号
– Consignee: 名/住所/電話番号/FAX番号 - Copy of Commercial Invoice
- Copy of Freight Invoice
- Copy of Packing List
- Copy of Export Declaration
- USED CARの場合は廃車証明書、末梢登録証明書、輸出予定届出証明書等のいずれか。
必要な情報:
- 船名及びVOYAGE NO.
- 出発港/出港日
- 到着港/入港予定日
- HS Code
- CONSIGNEEのE-MAIL ADDRESS (必須)
査証代金:
- RORO
- JPY 5,000 per vehicle
- Container
- JPY 13,500 per 5 containers per B/L
- Bulk
- JPY 13,500 per 500 tons
取扱い手数料:
JPY 25,000 per B/L
書類/情報の提出締切日:
本船出港後一週間以内にメールで送付。遅れた場合はその都度対処していきます。
2019年9月1日よりECTN NO.記載のBLでのvisa発行となります。

About ECTN Application
Required Documents:
- Copy of B/L with ECTN Number
– Shipper: Name, Address, Tel, Fax
– Consignee: Name, Address, Tel, Fax - Copy of Commercial Invoice
- Copy of Freight Invoice
- Copy of Packing List
- Copy of Export Declaration
- If “Used Cars”, one of the following:
– Certification of Scrapping
– Certification of Deregistration
– Certification of Export Schedule Notification
Required Information:
- Vessel Name and Voyage Number
- Loading port and sailing date
- Discharging port and projected date of arrival
- HS Code
- Consignee’s e-mail address (Required)
Visa Fees:
- RORO
- JPY 5,000 per vehicle
- Container
- JPY 13,500 per 5 containers per B/L
- Bulk
- JPY 13,500 per 500 tons
Handling Fees:
JPY 25,000 per B/L
Required date(s) of submission:
Required documents and information must be submitted by e-mail within one (1) week of vessel’s sailing date. Delays must be handled on each occurrence.
Effective from 1 September 2019, the ECTN will be approved for the BL with ECTN Number.
