ECTN申請について

TI-NO.の取得必須とREGISTRATION NO.記載義務につきまして

  1. R. Congo向けのECTNはTI-No.を入力しないとECTNを許可する事が出来ませんので必ずConsigneeにTI-No.を取得する様依頼をお願い致します。
    Consigneeは下記のGUOTにコンタクトしTI-No.を取得する事が出来ます。

  2. R. Congo向けのBLにはRegistration No.を記載する義務がございます。
    Registration No. が記載されていない貨物は現地で通関等が停止または大幅に遅れる
    可能性があります。

必要書類:

  1. Copy of BL (Draft BL可)
    – Shipper: 名/住所/電話番号/FAX番号
    – Consignee: 名/住所/電話番号/FAX番号
  2. Copy of Commercial Invoice
  3. Copy of Freight Invoice
  4. Copy of Packing List
  5. USED CARの場合は廃車証明書、末梢登録証明書、輸出予定届出証明書等のいずれか。

必要な情報:

  1. 船名及びVOYAGE NO.
  2. 出発港/出港日
  3. 到着港/入港予定日
  4. HS Code
  5. CONSIGNEEのE-MAIL ADDRESS (必須)
  6. TI Ref No. = Transport File Referenceと言います。
    (Consigneeからその番号を貰って下さい。)
  7. 中古車を輸出する場合、その車の最初に登録された年月日

JPY 20,000 per 1 unit (Cars, Trucks and all other driving materials)
Container
JPY 20,000 / 20’GP (1～2 units) per B/L
JPY 40,000 / 20’GP (3～4 units) per B/L
(1 BL毎, 2 units毎にJPY20,000 となります。)
JPY 20,000 / 40’GP x 1 unit per B/L
JPY 40,000 / 40’GP x 2 units per B/L
JPY 60,000 / 40’GP x 3 units per B/L
(1 BL毎, 1 unit毎にJPY20,000 となります。)

取扱い手数料:

JPY 25,000 per B/L

書類/情報の提出締切日:

本船出港後５営業日以内にメールで送付。遅れた場合はECTN代金の５０％が追加料金とに課せられます。

ECTNで承認されたREGISTRATION NO.をBL上に記載する必要がございます。

About ECTN Application

Required Documents:

  1. Copy of B/L (Draft B/L OK!)
    – Shipper: Name, Address, Tel, Fax
    – Consignee: Name, Address, Tel, Fax
  2. Copy of Commercial Invoice
  3. Copy of Freight Invoice
  4. Copy of Packing List
  5. If “Used Cars”, one of the following:
    – Certification of Scrapping
    – Certification of Deregistration
    – Certification of Export Schedule Notification

Required Information:

  1. Vessel Name and Voyage Number
  2. Loading port and sailing date
  3. Discharging port and projected date of arrival
  4. HS Code
  5. Consignee’s e-mail address (Required)
  6. TI Ref No. = Transport File Reference
    (Please obtain from the Consignee)
  7. For shipment of a used vehicle, the date of first registration of said vehicle (Required)

Required date(s) of submission:

Required documents and information must be submitted by e-mail within five (5) business days of the vessel’s date of departure. Delays will result in an additional cost of 50% of ECTN

ECTN approved registration number must be printed on the B/L.
