    – Consignee: 名/住所/電話番号/FAX番号
  2. Copy of Commercial Invoice
  3. Copy of Freight Invoice
  4. Copy of Packing List
  5. USED CARの場合は廃車証明書、末梢登録証明書、輸出予定届出証明書等のいずれか。

必要な情報:

  1. 船名及びVOYAGE NO.
  2. 出発港/出港日
  3. 到着港/入港予定日
  4. HS Code
  5. CONSIGNEEのE-MAIL ADDRESS (必須)

査証代金:

RORO
JPY 7,000 per RORO (Cars, Trucks and all other driving materials)
Container
JPY 11,000 per TEU
Bulk
JPY 8,000 level of 300 tonnage

取扱い手数料:

JPY 25,000 per B/L

書類/情報の提出締切日:

本船出港後一週間以内にメールで送付。遅れた場合はその都度対処していきます。

ECTNで承認されたREGISTRATION NO.をBL上に記載する必要がございます。

Required Documents:

  1. Copy of B/L (Draft B/L OK!)
    – Shipper: Name, Address, Tel, Fax
    – Consignee: Name, Address, Tel, Fax
  2. Copy of Commercial Invoice
  3. Copy of Freight Invoice
  4. Copy of Packing List
  5. If “Used Cars”, one of the following:
    – Certification of Scrapping
    – Certification of Deregistration
    – Certification of Export Schedule Notification

Required Information:

  1. Vessel Name and Voyage Number
  2. Loading port and sailing date
  3. Discharging port and projected date of arrival
  4. HS Code
  5. Consignee’s e-mail address (Required)

Visa Fees:

RORO
JPY 7,000 per RORO (Cars, Trucks and all other driving materials)

JPY 11,000 per TEU
Bulk
JPY 8,000 level of 300 tonnage

Handling Fees:

JPY 25,000 per B/L

Required date(s) of submission:

Requred documents and information must be submitted by e-mail within one (1) week of vessel’s sailing date. Delays must be handled on each occurrence.

ECTN approved registration number must be printed on the B/L.
